Who WE ARE

Perfection is an illusion. Being human isn’t.

The Valued Life is a digital media platform designed to give you permission to be human – to be messy, make mistakes, and grow without feeling pressure. We explore ways to heal from perfectionism, untangle self-worth from achievements, and live with intention.

We know we’re not the experts here – we believe you are the expert of your own life.

Our person-centred approach is about helping you uncover your truth: that you’ve always been valuable, without needing to prove yourself. We’re not saying give up on your Big Goals – we’re saying you can achieve your goals without tying your self-worth to them.

We hope this space can support you on your journey to living with intention and creating a ✨valued✨ life.

Meet Teresa

I’m a blogger, project manager, accredited life coach and trainee integrative psychotherapist. But… I’m also a recovering perfectionist. Keyword: recovering, because I don’t believe healing from perfectionism is a one-and-done thing.

I used to spiral through cycles of go-go-go and burnout until one day I had ENOUGH. I went on a quest to find the best way to be productive in a healthy, sustainable and realistic way so I could finally live the life I wanted without pressure. I’ve learnt to embrace the messy middle while being guided by my values.
