My journey to becoming the most productive version of myself started much like yours.
From Filofaxes stuffed with sheets of paper to the sleek efficiency of digital planners like Google Suite and Notion, I tried it all.
Bullet journals, spiral-bound planners, Evernote, OneNote, atomic habits, Eisenhower matrix, time blocking, Pomodoro – you name it, I’ve done it.
I dove right into every productivity system out there searching for the ONE THING that would finally bring order into my life.
I was OBSESSED.
But the truth is… I was chasing an illusion.
I bought into hustle culture, the idea that pushing myself to the brink was the only path to success.
And for a while, it seemed to work.
I graduated with my master’s with a distinction while working TWO jobs, I got my dream job and achieved all of my big professional goals, but at what cost?
Burnout became my constant companion, anxiety was always knocking at my door and I NEVER felt good enough.
It was unsustainable. I knew something had to change.
I spent YEARS searching for the answer but then it hit me – I’d been approaching productivity all wrong. It wasn’t about cramming more tasks into each day or sacrificing my well-being for a brief sense of success.
No, true productivity stemmed from a mindset shift, from scarcity to abundance, from hustle culture to values-based living.
And when that shift occurred, everything clicked into place. Suddenly productivity wasn’t a struggle; it was a natural flow.
I found myself achieving more by doing less, with time to spare for self-care, hobbies and meaningful connections.
I thrived as a project manager, navigating complex tasks with ease, all while pursuing my passions, expanding my social circle and even starting my own business.
So, if you’re feeling stuck in the same cycle of hustle and burnout, know that I’ve been there too.
But there is a way out, a path to productivity that’s not only sustainable but deeply fulfilling. And I’m here to guide you every step of the way because I’ve walked that path myself.
