As a recovered/mindful perfectionist myself, I’ve been there and I know that the struggle is real! I constantly felt smothered by my fear of failure and that led to burnout, procrastination, and many many MANY frustrated tears.

I had to learn the hard way how to be productive in a sustainable way so that I could finally live the life of my dreams. No more stress, no more wasted time, and no more tears.

I had to develop a values-driven mindful productivity system that balanced my need for high standards with my desire to make progress.
