  1. Great insights, Teresa! The idea of identifying energy givers and takers really hits home. As a fellow perfectionist, I often get caught up trying to do everything perfectly, only to end up feeling drained.

Quick question: How do you suggest prioritizing energy givers in a typically busy day? Sometimes it feels like the energy takers just can’t be avoided!

Again, appreciate the practical tips and looking forward to putting them into action!

    1. Hey Kajetan, thanks for your comment. It’s all about balance. For example, if I know I have a busy day in the week that is filled with energy draining activities, I’ll try to do small energy giving activities through out the day like deep breathing, mini walks, or listening to my favourite songs during the journey to and from places. I’ll also make sure the surrounding days are filled with energy givers to help me properly recharge.
