Mindset – Steven Bartlett
A successful young entrepreneur set up a podcast called ‘The Diary of a CEO’ in 2017 where he read out his diary and tried to make sense of the world through sharing his thoughts with others.
The podcast has grown exponentially since then and now Steven interviews some of the biggest stars in the world to find out what the secret to life is.
The podcast is raw and vulnerable and will change your life because Steven does an amazing job at creating a safe environment for the guests.
I stumbled across the podcast on a long-haul British Airways flight to Jamaica and in the episode I watched he was interviewing the music producer Labrinth. From that moment on, I was hooked.

Holistic psychology – Dr Nicole Lepera
Dr. Lepera became interested in the world of holistic psychology while working as a Clinical Psychologist. She was frustrated with the methods of traditional psychotherapy and wanted to discover a more comprehensive method for treating her patients.
Thus, the Holistic Psychologist was born.
I highly recommend her book ‘How to do the work’ as it is filled with practical tools that will empower you to heal yourself. If you are prone to repeating cycles of self-sabotage then this book is especially for you.

I love how her message is to keep it ‘awkward, brave and kind’ because we all know vulnerability is not easy!

I like to think of James Clear as The Habit King because the moment anyone mentions habits his name is the first one that pops up. Atomic Habits is the number 1 go-to book on habit setting and at this point pretty much exists in all bookshops.
His book has changed many lives and is a classic that will be read many times over. The goal is to get 1% better every single day by breaking bad habits and sticking to good habits.
